Our Sampling Process
Step 1:
Confirm Customer Requirements
Share your ideas, sample garments, or existing tech packs along with vector files for logos, labels, packaging, and design sketches. We’ll turn them into clear design plans and suggest the best structures and first draft solutions.
Time: 2 days
Step 2:
Fabric & Trim Selection and Sample Delivery
Based on the style and functional requirements, we will recommend 3–5 fabric options and confirm trims such as zippers, reflective tapes, and Velcro, allowing you to review and approve the actual materials.
Time: 3 days
Step 3:
Sample generation
Speed comes from our unmatched sampling capability.: simple designs are completed within 3 days, while complex designs are completed within 7 days. Each sample is crafted by experienced pattern makers, strictly following the approved design and material selection, to ensure the garment’s structure, function, and fit meet production standards.
Time: 3–7 days
Step 4:
Sample Grading
Once the first sample is approved, we create samples across the full size range to check fit and ensure consistent quality for bulk production.
Time: 10 days
Step 5:
Pre-Production Sample
Before starting bulk production, we create a pre-production sample using the final fabrics and trims to ensure that all materials and construction methods perform reliably in production.
Time: 3 days
Step 6:
Final Approval & Production Preparation
After all samples are completed, we review everything with you for final approval, ensuring every detail meets your expectations and that the order is fully ready for bulk production.
