Quality Control
Every garment goes through clear processes and careful checks, so what you receive is not just well-made, but also something you can truly trust.
Material
Material Testing
We conduct comprehensive inspections on all main fabrics and linings to confirm they meet performance requirements and are suitable for bulk production:
Equipped with professional waterproof & breathability testers, washing machines, and shrinkage testing devices to ensure objective and accurate results.
Accessories
Accessories Inspection
We inspect all accessories to ensure they meet technical requirements and batch standards:
Color consistency, smoothness, length accuracy, defect-free appearance
Accurate colors and positioning, durability tested after 10 washes and rubs
Color fastness, stretch recovery, shrinkage rate
Accurate content, clear printing, correct batch information
All accessories undergo internal testing procedures, and any non-conforming items are strictly prohibited from entering production.
Production
In-Production Quality Control
During production, dedicated QC staff conduct spot checks and keep detailed records on key processes:
Any issues identified are immediately reported and corrected to prevent bulk errors.
Inspection
Final Inspection and Packing
Before packaging, every batch of garments must go through the following procedures:
Manual thread trimming and lint removal with air-blowing machines
Needle detection to eliminate any metal residues
Ensuring each garment’s packaging, hangtag orientation, and barcode label placement meet requirements
Verifying quantities against packing lists, carton weighing, and photo archiving
Upon request, we can provide pre-shipment videos, photo documentation, or inspection reports.
Third-Party Tested to AQL2.5 —Audit-Ready, Market-Approved
We follow the AQL2.5 quality standard and work closely with trusted global partners like SGS, TÜV, QIMA, and INTERTEK. With our full third-party testing support, we make it easy for you to meet market
requirements and pass factory audits with confidence.

Testing Equipments
Professional equipment used to test the color fastness of textiles to perspiration. It simulates the human sweat environment and evaluates whether the fabric will fade or stain after contact with sweat under specific conditions.
Evaluate the mechanical properties and durability of fabrics by measuring indicators such as breaking strength, elongation at break, and tear strength when the fabric is subjected to tensile force
Equipment used to test the wear resistance and pilling resistance of fabrics, simulating daily friction scenarios to evaluate the durability of fabrics in long-term use
This lab unit mimics sweat or humid conditions to measure vapor transmission, moisture absorption, and drying speed—an essential tool for quality control and R&D of high-performance fabrics.
This machine simulates wash-and-dry cycles to measure fabric shrinkage and assess dimensional stability after laundering or dry cleaning.
Equipment that tests fabric light fastness and aging performance by simulating natural light
A testing device used to evaluate the water resistance of fabric surfaces. It quantifies the water repellency of fabrics by simulating the adhesion, penetration or rolling of water droplets on the fabric surface.
