Production Preparation
With 20 years in the industry, we leverage long-standing supplier ties to source any fabric or trim—quickly and at the best price—for even complex jackets.
We run targeted training before every run, arming workers with clear, step-by-step standards that keep defects near zero.
Step 2:
Fabric Preparation
Qualified fabrics, inspected a second time according to our strict quality standards, will proceed to the next stage.
Qualified fabrics are subjected to a 48-hour spreading and steaming process to stabilize them for production. This treatment minimizes dimensional changes caused by fabric elasticity, ensuring accurate sizing during cutting and sewing.
Prepared fabrics are cut into preset sizes and shapes using fully automatic cutting machines, with clean, precise edges. This improves production efficiency and accuracy while significantly reducing labor costs, benefiting both production and customers.
All cut pieces are carefully inspected by our staff to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for the next production stage. Each piece is labeled with a unique number to prevent color variation or mismatched components within the same garment, ensuring batch consistency.

Manufacturing Techniques
Sewing Techniques
We use advanced template machines for pocket openings, achieving more precise positioning and standardized shapes compared to traditional manual cutting. The sewing process includes:
- Opening pockets using template machines to ensure precise placement and consistent shape
- Edge stitching to enhance durability and aesthetic appeal
- Selecting appropriate stitch types according to different locations and process requirements, ensuring both functionality and comfort
Printing Techniques
We strictly control every step of the printing process to ensure clear, durable, and wash-resistant patterns. The standard procedure includes:
- Pre-shrinking the fabric to prevent deformation
- Positioning the print pattern accurately
- Pre-pressing the print for stabilization
- Heat transfer or hot-press printing
- Removing excess material to ensure clean edges and complete patterns
Seam Taping / Heat-Sealing Techniques
Seam taping is a critical step in achieving the windproof and waterproof performance of cycling jackets. We use high-precision taping machines in combination with manual operations:
- Trim seam allowances at stitched areas to prepare the edges
- Use the taping machine to accurately apply tape along the seams, ensuring a smooth, sealed, and aesthetically pleasing finish

Final Finishing & Shipping
From ironing to packaging, from labeling to boxing, we strictly control every step of each garment to ensure that what you receive is a product ready for display and sale.
Ironing & Pressing
Before packaging, Vbike assesses whether ironing is required based on the characteristics of each fabric.
For jackets that require ironing, we use steam pressing tables to ensure the garments are smooth, crisp, and maintain their shape, making them ready for display or photography.
Packaging Standards
Vbike offers a variety of packaging options to meet different customer needs, including:
- Individual packaging for single items
- Multi-item packaging in polybags
- Eco-friendly paper bag solutions
Garments are carefully folded according to the chosen packaging method, with moisture-proof paper added inside to prevent dampness during transport. Hang tags can be placed at the center front or at a designated position according to customer requirements, balancing display appeal and brand visibility.
Packing & Shipping
All finished garments are neatly stacked into reinforced corrugated cartons, with clear carton markings on the outside (such as size, color, and style) for easy storage and sorting.
For mixed packing requirements, we use dividers inside the cartons to separate different sizes, colors, or styles, preventing errors.
Vbike supports customer-specified logistics channels and assists in arranging sea, air, or rail transportation, providing all necessary shipping documents and information.
