Step 1:
Share Your Ideas
Provide sketches, samples, or descriptions to get started
When you contact us, we’ll explore your ideas together and give advice on fabric performance, the right customization process, and suitable sewing, printing, and bonding techniques. We’ll create a tech pack to bring your ideas to life and turn them into precise garment designs.

Step 2:
Confirm Materials
Choose the fabrics and trims that best fit your product.
Once your design, tech pack, and measurements are ready, we’ll recommend fabrics based on functional needs (waterproof, windproof, breathable, etc.) and offer options for zippers, reflective tapes, Velcro, and other trims for your approval before sampling.
Step 3:
Sample Confirmation
Samples completed in 3–7 days
After design details and materials are confirmed, we move into the sampling stage. We support small-batch sample production and can ship samples by express delivery for you to check the fit, workmanship, and performance.
You can also review samples via video call, and we’ll share photos as needed to save time and cost. If you’d like to adjust anything—such as size, print, colors, or finishing—We’ll readily make the changes so your design and prototype are ready before bulk production begins.
Step 4:
Bulk Production
Orders completed in 6–12 weeks
Once samples are approved and your order is confirmed, we begin bulk production. Our skilled team carefully cuts the fabrics based on your approved design and prototype. Each tailor then focuses on a specific part of the garment to ensure professional workmanship.
After production, we carry out a final inspection with all necessary finishing touches to make sure every piece matches your approved prototype. The usual production lead time is 6–12 weeks, depending on order size and complexity.
Step 5:
Final Quality Check & Packaging
Standard QC & Third-party testing available
We’re committed to delivering consistent quality. Every order goes through a four-step process to ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition.
All fabrics and materials are inspected before use. During production, each piece is checked against strict standards. Once finished, garments are individually packed, and third-party testing (SGS, TÜV, etc.) can be provided if required.
Step 6:
Shipping & After-sales
Export-ready packing & on-time delivery
We provide flexible shipping options, including sea and air freight. Before shipment, each carton is inspected and photographed to verify weight, quantity, and packing details. For any after-sales needs, your dedicated account manager will respond within 24 hours.
